Sorry I didn't get here yesterday and today Wednesday I'm up with the chickens :giggle got to have a shower :shower going to the Dr. early this morning hubby's has to get his meds refilled and I'm going to find out find out the results of my bone density test.

Oh no! So sorry about the test results ! 😒And b/p ! I hope the new b/p meds stop the dizziness .  I hate that feeling. got dizzy when I laid down for the cat scan Sat. Ugh!!
Do let us know what all Dr. suggest for bones. Be careful how u move [sign in to see URL]’t stretch to far to get something and don’t bend over ! No ! I would so hate for you to,fracture! 😦And “roll “in and out of bed. Maybe I can find those tips on moves to avoid and how to move with osteoporosis .

Sorry I'm so late in getting here, was awake quite early this morning, made myself oatmeal cereal for my breakfast, let it cool a little before eating, sat down on the couch, turned on the TV for the time, cuz needed the time when I took my blood pressure, then sort of dozed off a bit, by then it was close to 11:00 a.m. I wanted to cut up the left over roast beef to put in the slow cooker make into a stew, that's what I did, turned on my computer, there were the Snow Dogs, had to watch that.
Now here I am  it's 1:22 p.m.

The pharmacy just delivered my Flovent puffer, which they didn't have yesterday, I do have to use puffers some time for my wheezing, I have Ashma
